Arrive at Arcady by 1:00 pm and we will whisk you off for an afternoon of wine tasting in the Monticello Appellation - guaranteed to unwind you from your hours of driving!
Didn't
have time to stop for lunch?
No worries, we'll be serving you a big
cheese/chocolate/fruit platter, or
if you're REALLY hungry we can add the lunch package
outlined below for an additional
$20 per person served to you on antique linens and china!

touring, we'll check you into our luxury Arcand Suite,

- 2 nights in our luxury Jr. Suite with King Bed, fresh flowers, sparkling wine in your wine fridge, spa nook with whirlpool for 2, ensuite bath with steam shower, TV/DVD, Bose radio/CD, bottled water & soda, full breakfast, port & chocolate turndown.
- Arrive
Friday by 5:30 and we'll escort you to our neighborhood wine tasting!
Different wines every
time - or enjoy our tasting room or deck (picture below) where we'll serve you a wine and cheese platter to enjoy and rid yourself of your travel dust! We provide transportation to and from town for dining until 10:30pm, schedule permitting.

morning after a hearty plated wine
country-fresh breakfast, you can relax in your
suite or explore Monticello (2.8 miles) Jefferson Vineyard (1.6 miles) Ashlawn-Highland (4.4 miles)
or the historic downtown walking mall (6.5 miles) & the Farmer's Market (picture below)
- Saturday
afternoon we leave at 12:30 - 1pm for
your wine tasting tour! We'll visit 3-4 wineries
and everything is included - tasting fees, reserve tastings, hearty cheese/fruit/chocolate plate,
either Chris or Erika as guide and bottled soda
and water in the van. Pictured below: Blenheim
- Saturday
night we'll provide transportation to the restaurant of your choice-
schedule permitting. (Shown below is Orzo Restaurant) You can enjoy
that bottle of wine with dinner, no worries!!

you prefer to relax in a more mellow style and
enjoy the nature in our backyard with the vineyard, you can order ahead with us for luxury picnic dinner to enjoy in your suite, the dining room, the tasting room or the outside deck (shown below)!

Tasting in the Barrel Room at King Family
- For
those who are doing a birthday tour, here is something you can order
to make it extra special! Our absolutely FAVORITE bakery, Albemarle
Baking Company makes wonderful birthday cakes.
- We
offer two - we'll bring the box as well so you can enjoy the remainder
as a midnight snack!!
- Pictured
far left is the Princess (or Prince!) Cake. It features layers of
vanilla sponge with Bavarian cream and iced with a marzipan frosting
(an almond paste)and just for us they will top it with a grape cluster!
- We
also offer the chocolate birthday cake - pictured right which consists
of chocolate cake on the bottom, then dark chocolate, white chocolate
and milk chocolate mousse and covered with a milk chocolate glaze.
- The cakes cost $30 for a 6 inch which serves 4-6, and $40 for an 8 inch which serves 6-8
